DIY: How to Make a Fringe Necklace out of a T-Shirt

I can finally get this monkey off my back.  I've been promising to do another DIY and finally made time to do it.  I have a few other DIY projects up my sleeve, but for now we'll stick with this fast and easy DIY accessory that can be made in less than 5 minutes.  Don't believe me?
